Nurturing the Whole Child

Kubana works to ensure vulnerable children in conflict-affected areas and immigrant communities have access to quality education, vital healthcare, clean water, sanitation, and proper nutrition.

Strategic Plan

Our three-year roadmap to deepen impact, strengthen community partnerships, and expand our reach across the greater Seattle area.

Expand Academic Support

Grow tutoring programs to reach 1,000+ scholars annually. Launch a digital literacy initiative and college-readiness pathways for high school students.

02
Strengthen Family Systems

Develop parent leadership programs, multilingual family resources, and culturally responsive workshops that empower families to advocate for their children.

03
Deepen Health & Wellness

Partner with clinics and mental health providers to offer holistic wellness support. Expand nutrition and clean water access programs for families in need.

04
Build Sustainable Partnerships

Forge long-term partnerships with school districts, faith communities, and businesses to create sustainable funding and volunteer pipelines for Kubana's work.
